Big O Tires

We came in with a bolt embedded in the tire. Big O told us they’d assess it, repair it if they could, and let us know what kind of cost to expect if we had to replace the tire. Turned out to be repairable and they did so at no charge. Classy and very professional, we will keep coming back here.

Great service from Zach C. And the whole crew at Big O in Louisville. They installed new suspension lift and tires and it was done in few short days and ahead of the original schedule. Also took care of the other maintenance on the vehicle and did a great job. Highly recommend.

I live in Superior, CO and use the Summit Blvd location for all my service and tire needs, however, the South Boulder Rd location in Louisville came through in a pinch. My RDX went into limp mode due to an engine issue on my way home from work. I was not able to make it to the Superior location, but conveniently pulled into the South Boulder Rd location. Matt greeted me with a positive attitude and smile. They were super busy, but he spent the time with me and I had his full attention. It was late so they would need to keep it overnight and investigate the problem first thing the next morning. I received a call from Matt by 8:30 am with a complete assessment and cost. He got it done and I was very pleased with his customer service, positive attitude and price. I highly recommend the South Boulder Rd location in Louisville, CO. and give Matt the 5 stars he and his team deserve!

Zach and his team went above and beyond to help me in a pinch. I had an RV rear “dually” flat tire, and they still helped me out. They could not even get into the shop, but still worked on it in cold inclement weather, with a jack and bare hands.. After getting it sorted it out, in the parking lot, they now have a life long client. Thank you Zach C for your professionalism and excellent customer support. The whole process was way more than we could have expected. Great team and super management! Drew E.

My neighborhood Big O in Louisville is the BEST tire store! Stopped in this afternoon to get a slow leaked looked at/fixed. While I was waiting my turn to talk to the Tech, Zach C. came in the door with his lunch in hand which he put down on his desk to help me instead. He was so professional & courteous. He estimated 45 min to an hour, so I elected to wait. My car was ready in less 30 min & there was no charge!! It will be time for new tires later this year & I wouldn't shop anywhere else! Thank you, Zach!
